Kathy Lavinder founded SI Placement in 2000 after a decade of conducting and managing complex investigations for corporations, financial institutions, and law firms. Kathy was also a journalist with ABC News in New York and was News Director of WBZ Radio in Boston.

Glenn Bass serves as Director of Recruiting Services. Glenn has over 15 years of executive search experience focused on Security, Investigative and Finance related roles. He is a member of ASIS International and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
